About Me
My practice brings together movement, language, mindfulness, and imagination to design learning and creative spaces that support self-expression, collaboration, and reflective inquiry in arts-learning and community education settings.
My path into facilitation has been shaped by living and working across cultures, and by my background in language education and participatory arts practice, exploring how embodied and creative methods can support individual and collective growth.
Today, I work through co-designing participatory experiences where curiosity, care, and experimentation are central, inviting people to explore, create, and engage meaningfully with their own processes and with one another, particularly in intercultural, multilingual, and community-based contexts.
A personal narrative tracing how lived experience, facilitation, and creative practice became my way of working.
