A good traveller has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving. A good artist lets their intuition lead them wherever it wants.

Creative & Embodied Facilitation

Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions. — Albert Einstein

Yoga & Mindfulness

The body is not a thing, it is a situation: It is our grasp on the world and our sketch of our project. — Simone de Beauvoir

Restorative Practice

It is in our idleness, in our dreams, that the submerged truth sometimes comes to the top. ― Virginia Woolf

Yin-Qi Yoga

Yin-Qi Yoga invites surrender and rest, nourishing the connective tissues and counterbalancing more active practices. This slow, contemplative practice creates space to navigate emotional blockages and relax the nervous system. Qi Gong is blended in to enhance focus, and mindful energy flow, guiding body and mind into calm, fluid rhythm. Ideal for anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, and inner strength.

Natural Rhythm Yoga

A blend of traditional practices with a modern, mindful flow, Natural Rhythm is an invitation to explore breath, holds and fluid movements to nurture clarity, balance, strength, and connection. Natural Rhythm encourage listening to your body, moving at your own pace, and finding calm within a supportive space. Each session fosters self-awareness, inner harmony, and a gentle connection between mind and body.

Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids

Children are invited on a gentle, playful journey through breath, body, and feelings. Through movement, storytelling, and creative mindful activities, they learn to connect with themselves and others in a safe, nurturing environment. These sessions foster self-expression, confidence, kindness, and self-awareness, allowing joyful exploration and discovery. Family yoga options encourage shared connection, emotional awareness, and inner resilience in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

About Me

My practice brings together movement, language, mindfulness, and imagination to design learning and creative spaces that support self-expression, collaboration, and reflective inquiry in arts-learning and community education settings.
My path into facilitation has been shaped by living and working across cultures, and by my background in language education and participatory arts practice, exploring how embodied and creative methods can support individual and collective growth.
Today, I work through co-designing participatory experiences where curiosity, care, and experimentation are central, inviting people to explore, create, and engage meaningfully with their own processes and with one another, particularly in intercultural, multilingual, and community-based contexts.

A personal narrative tracing how lived experience, facilitation, and creative practice became my way of working.
